 Jack has been in the financial service business for over 48 years. He is a 31 year Life Member of MDRT comprised of the top 1% of all financial service professionals.
He has been married to his wife Sandy, for over 43 years. They have three grown daughters and 10 grandchildren.
He has served on the board of the Kansas Association of Life Underwriters as Director of Charitable Giving for two years. He also served on the Board of Directors 5 years holding all offices of the Hutchinson Association of Life Underwriters.
He served at president of the Parent Teacher Fellowship, of Central Christian Schools for 4 years.
He has earned his Family Wealth Counselor and LUTCF designations. He has also been the instructor for all parts of LUTCF.
He served on the Reno County Halfway House Board for 4 years helping released prison inmates re-inter the workforce. He also served 4 years on the Hutchinson Police Reserves.
He has been speaker/toastmaster of the Preston High School Alumni Association for 4 years. He earned an Associates Degree from Pratt Community College.
He started Polley Associates and The Planning Group, LLC in 1967.
He has been challenged with cancer and diabetes for over 11 years. Jack gives glory to God for allowing him to live and serve His Lord Jesus Christ.
He has been director of Young at Heart Ministry for over 9 years. YAH is a non denominational Christian support group for Seniors over 55, that meets once a week.
He has been active in his church serving as head usher, choir and special music.
One of his life verses is 1 Corinthians 2:9: “Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him.”
